Money certainly doesn't grow on trees, especially these days. If you've been reading the headlines, you've seen the impact state budget cuts have had on public schools. Funding shortages leave less money for the classroom where it matters the most. This is where LEAF comes in.
LEAF is a non-profit organization made up of volunteers from the Lincoln community intent on raising funds in support of academic enrichment programs at Lincoln Consolidated Schools. Our goal is to assist Lincoln teachers and staff with resources for projects that would have otherwise fallen by the wayside due to budget cuts. We are focused on raising money from the community and then giving it back in the form of grants to teachers for projects that encourage academic excellence at Lincoln.
